In order to ensure the transferability of the COLEOPTER approach, a transfer case study will be made. The selected building, located in the heart of Escaldes-Engordany, is the Prat Gran pavilion.
The building conditions are especially beneficial for conducting the territorial dialogue as it has an important social use. In addition to the sports center, it also includes parkings, a senior center, a post office and a health care center. It was built during the 1990s and due to its construction characteristics it has an important energy and water potential savings.
