The building of Tallante is located in the surroundings of Cartagena, Spain, in a very rural area. It is composed of two main parts and outdoor spaces that used to host youngsters during the holidays.
The building has not been used in years and is now in a very poor state. This building has a great potential to boost local life and the conduct of the dialogue in the COLEOPTER approach also seeks to define the uses that will be made out of the building after its rehabilitation.
