Throughout the first 6 months of 2020, the project partners conducted the first interviews with the local groups of interest impacted by each pilot project. The activity took longer than expected due to the COVID-19 situation but it also allowed to find new ways of creating connections with inhabitants of the territories.
In Póvoa de Lanhoso, the team of CIM do AVE and the municipality worked hand in hand and met over 10 groups that shared their visions and needs regarding the renovation of the building. In Cartagena, CETENMA worked with the Ayuntamiento to conduct the interviews, both on and offline to adapt to the COVID-19 crisis. Last but not least, in Est Creuse, the Syndicat mixte Est Creuse and RURENER were in charge of the interviews for the two pilot projects.
A great opportunity to meet inhabitants, users, administrations and institutions and to mobilize around COLEOPTER. Short synthesis of the interviews highlighting the main needs expressed were shared with the participants, before meeting again in September for the collective sessions to co-construct the work plans.
