Introduction of territorial dialogue to elected representatives in Est Creuse, France

On February 12^th 2020, the elected representatives of the Association of Communities Creuse Confluence and Marche et Combraille en Aquitaine were introduced to territorial dialogue. This introduction was an opportunity to identify the needs and expectations of elected people, as well as their doubts, but also to shape the local dialogue process.
