The development of a new auditing methodology is one of the key pillars of the COLEOPTER project that wants to look at building efficiency in an integrated way. The partner ADENE developed this methodology in the first months of the project, before presenting it to the other partners in charge of implementation on each pilot building. After this first implementation (between November 2020 and March 2021 depending on the buildings), the partners gave a first feedback to ADENE that adjusted the methodology. This process allowed to develop a thorough methodology rooted in the field, quite easy to implement at local level and relevant to different types of public buildings.
This methodology is now ready and accessible (in English) to those who want to use it.
