The event initally scheduled in January had to be post-poned due to the fire in Alicante airport to March 12th and 13th 2020. Right before the lockdown for the COVID-19 crisis, the technicians of the Ayuntamiento de Cartagena and the CETENMA team were introduced to the approach of territorial dialogue.
An introduction of the approach, its core principles and added-value were presented by the RURENER team (with the support of Philippe Barret from Dialter) and exercises focusing on the conduct of the interviews were organized. On March 13th, the first interviews were conducted jointly by CETENMA and RURENER.
Many interviews had to be canceled due to the pandemic. CETENMA and the Ayuntamiento will continue these interviews when the situation will allow it.
