The UPC just released the report on the characterisation of rural territories in Sudoe, relying on the case studies of the COLEOPTER project and with the help of the local partners. The report establishes the socio-economic and environmental characteristics of the Sudoe territories, in particular in the region of Murcia in Spain, in the region Norte in Portugal and in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine in France.
The Sudoe territories present similarities but also differences in terms of climate and resources. Identifying these similarities and differences will facilitate the learnings from the implementation of the COLEOPTER approach in Cartagena, Povoa de Lanhoso and Est Creuse.
Building on this will allow us to identify keys of success for the implementation and transfer of the COLEOPTER approach. Check it out!
