This report developed by the UPC team with the support of the COLEOPTER partners offers an overview of the existing practices in buildings’ renovation along with the availability of local materials. It is meant to identify the material and architectural choices with the best impact for the building and for the territory in the making of the technical specifications.
A renovation project can be a driver for the territory… Or not. It depends highly on the way it is conducted, the practices used and the materials chosen. In order to guide those choices, the report highlights the most efficient solutions in each territory.
