After conducting preparatory interviews with local stakeholders representing the majors groups of interest around the pilot buildings, a synthesis highlighted the main needs expressed. The needs have been organized in few categories of needs and will be addressed during the dialogue’s meetings. These synthesis are the baseline for the first dialogue meetings in each territory. Including solutions to address the needs identified during the interviews in the future renovation and uses’ plans will ensure the relevance of the renovation and its future impact on consumptions.
