The first territorial dialogue meeting within the Interreg Sudoe project COLEOPTER – Building Local Consensus for the Optimization of Territorial Policies on Rural Energy took place on January 28th in Póvoa de Lanhoso, Portugal.
Due to the current pandemic, the meeting took place online with 15 participants representing the local groups of interest impacted by the Highschool sport pavilion: the municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso; representants of the highschool (school board and students); the ADENE – National Energy Agency of Portugal; the Ave’s valley Energy Agency; the association of municipalities of Ave and Prime Energy, a local SME in the sector of renewable energies.
After the presentation of the energy diagnosis results of the building by ADENE, the participants were invited to share their needs related to the use and/or maintenance of the facility.
All of this information will be taken into account, at the end of the dialogue process that includes two more meetings, in the co-construction of the rehabilitation plan.

This project was granted a budget of 1.091.208,06€ through the Interreg Sudoe programme, contributing to the European objectives on territorial cooperation funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
